This is what we did at kuranui collage, We got three sheet's of paper and it had like.
Title: Rates of reactions.
Aim: Find out how fast can calcium carbonate dissolves in acid according to size.
Variables
The input variables is: size of tablet.
The outcome variables is: how fast will it take to resolve.
The fixed variables are - Water.
- Amount of acid.
- Strength of acid.
- Temperature.
We had a diagram and we had to draw a picture of the thing that we where making.
We got an ice cream container and filled it half way with water then we got a measuring cylinder and filled it with water, We got this testing tube and put a tablet in it and pored 10mls of acid into it and put a cork on it, gas would flow thew this tube and bubble into the measuring cylinder, The gas would push the water out of the measuring cylinder and it would be empty in a thew mins.

1) 2:20 = whole tablet.
2) 1:39 = 1/4 tablet pieces.
3) 0:16 = powder tablet.
